This minimalistic, colourful rug delights your day, each and every day and even outdoors no matter if the sun shines or rain pours on your terrace. P.E.T indoor/outdoor rugs made with recycled plastic water bottles and pattern is embroidered with this water proof, recycled material on top of the surface, by hand. This material feels is absolutely luxurious and high quality, more like a stiff textile than anything to do with plastic.  All material is waterproof and can be used both out- and indoors. Tomi Leppänen is a Finnish graphic designer behind Typewriter collection. A collection of rugs for both out- and indoors, textile handmade of recycled plastic bottles and details embroidered by hand. Inspiration for Typewriter rug Collection comes from Tomi's obsession with typography. Freshly Nordic, joyful and minimalistic design is a study of the four most basic glyphs. Tomi is obsessed with the Smiley symbol and emotions and those became the theme for the Typewriter collection.

MUM's

Mum's was born in South Africa in 2006, when Finnish Outi, an artist, and mum herself, collaborated with 15 African women. They made sculptures for an exhibition in Finland, all weaved by hand, designed by Outi, empowering women who worked from home. All women were mothers, so the project was named MUM's.

Later, it became the name for a sustainable brand "Mum's Good with Goods". Over the years a tiny art project has slightly developed into a sustainable design company, combining designers with sustainable production. Mum's has got production in four developing countries India, South Africa, Cambodia, and Bolivia. Everything is handmade as far as possible, people work from home, and save travel costs to operate. Materials are local either natural or recycled, and each Mum's product is signed by the artisan who made it.

The size selections available on the website are examples of the most demanded sizes based on the typical Scandinavian living room sizes.
