At Mum’s, every piece is handmade with care. If something is not quite right, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mums.fi with your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
If the product is confirmed faulty or damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@mums.fi and we will be happy to assist you.
