Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through mums.fi and retail.mums.fi and is operated by Mum’s good with goods Oy, Ketunpesäntie 1, 21350 Lieto, Finland.
We ship all orders from Finland.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Finland: usually 2–6 business days
Europe: usually 4–10 business days
Rugs and larger items may require additional production or handling time. Custom-made rugs have an estimated production lead time, which is communicated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons or for made-to-order products, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery country and shipping method.
The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Combined Shipments
If your order includes products with different production or delivery times, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, we kindly ask you to place separate orders.
Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier at delivery and contact us as soon as possible at info@mums.fi.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@mums.fi and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.
