These Terms of Service govern your use of mums.fi and retail.mums.fi and any related services provided by Mum’s good with goods Oy, Ketunpesäntie 1, 21350 Lieto, Finland.

Products and Handmade Nature
Our products are handmade and often one of a kind. Natural variations in colour, texture, shape, and small details are part of the character of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will reflect colours precisely.
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice.
Rugs and Custom-Made Products
Some rugs are produced after an order is placed.
Standard rugs that are manufactured according to our regular models and specifications are subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, even if production begins after the order is placed.
Certain rugs may be produced according to the customer’s individual specifications, such as custom sizes, colours, or other personalised design elements.
Products that are made according to the customer’s specific choices and cannot reasonably be resold to another customer are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Once production of a fully customised rug has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
If any rug, whether standard or customised, is faulty or damaged upon delivery, the customer retains all rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline an order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mums.fi. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or production has begun.
Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
The price charged will be the price shown at the time the order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs or customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship from Finland.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of faulty or damaged goods.
