Ordering Terms

Minimum order

€500 excl. VAT
Minimum order amount:
2 pcs per product

New collections

New collections are pre-orders. These close 2–3 months before launch.

All production is handmade, and lead times typically range from 12–16 weeks.

Delivery

€25 small parcel
€45 large parcel

If you order both in stock and preorder items, in stock items will be delivered first and preorders later in separate deliveries.

Payments

Payment by invoice, 14 days net for in stock items.

For pre-orders, 50 % deposit when ordering and 50 % when delivered.


Returns

Because our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify us to outi@mums.fi within 14 days of delivery if there are any issues.
