Ordering Terms
Minimum order
€500 excl. VAT
Minimum order amount:
2 pcs per product
Pre-orders
Pre-orders close 2–3 months before launch.
All production is handmade, and lead times typically range from 12–16 weeks.
Delivery
€25 small parcel
€45 large parcel
Payments
Payment by invoice, 14 days net
Payment before dispatch
50% deposit for pre-orders
Returns
Because our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify us to outi@mums.fi within 14 days of delivery if there are any issues.
Sample Set
New retailers are welcome to order a Mum’s Sample Set to experience our materials and craftsmanship before placing their first order.
The price of the sample set will be deducted from the retailer’s first wholesale order.
Limit: one sample set per retailer.
