We keep packaging simple, protective and as low-waste as possible. Most items arrive in a small gift-friendly package, ready to give or keep. Rugs are packed securely for safe travel.
Each product is handmade, so tiny variations in shape, color, and beadwork are part of the charm. They make every piece feel a little more yours.

Shipping
We ship from Finland. Delivery time is usually 2–6 business days in Finland and 4–10 business days within Europe. Rugs and larger items can take a little longer.
Orders containing made-to-order or pre-order items will be shipped once all products are available.
Customs and import taxes outside the EU may apply and are paid by the customer.
Returns
You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit. If something arrives broken, message us and we’ll make it right.
